I offer free consultations and screenings prior to all evaluations in order to determine if speech therapy is needed.

I am credentialed with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Aetna at this time. 

 

Additionally, I provide a superbill for all speech therapy services as an out of network provider. A superbill is a form that includes detailed description of all services provided by the speech therapist. Patients submit this form (a superbill) directly to their health insurance for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits.
